After completing checkout, your permit request will be reviewed by the parking office, and then processed accordingly.

Student Permits: The cost of your permit will be billed to your student account. If you register on or before 7/26/2024, your permit will be mailed to the chosen shipping address. If you register after 7/26/2024, please pick up your permit in our office located adjacent to the 3rd level of the Walker Deck. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please bring a photo ID.

STUDENT REFUNDS: Parking permits are optional for students and, therefore, are separate from the class registration and cancellation process. If you withdraw from the University or decide not to attend, it is your responsibility to return your parking permit and access card to the parking office immediately. Refunds are processed based on a prorated fee schedule through 3/31 of the spring term.

Employee Permits: If you register on or before 8/7/2024, your permit will be mailed to your campus address, as listed in Banner. If you register after 8/7/2024, please pick up your permit in our office located adjacent to the 3rd level of the Walker Deck. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please bring a photo ID. If you have missed a payroll deadline, then the additional payment will be added to your future deduction.
